Q1. What are your plans for your store / restaurant / bar / business?

I want my restaurant to be a place to which customers want to return again and again by pursuing the best of the best you can find in Japanese food made from a rich variety of natural ingredients that this country is so blessed with, and serving them in an atmosphere that is highly comforting.

Q2. Tell us about your personal aspirations for the future.

I was born and raised in Yokohama in a family running a Japanese restaurant that my grandfather opened. I hope to utilize this experience to be a connoisseur that further enhances the distinctive Japanese food culture that my predecessors worked so hard and passionately to establish here in Yokohama.
